How to Order

Options below are for U.S. orders only (shipping cost included). For shipments to other countries, please email the specific order information (quantity, shipping address, etc.) to us at: info@kidsafecyberspace.com. The booklet cost is the same, but shipping is not included.

Option 1: Credit card payments online through PayPal’s secure website. (your personal information will never be sold)

Option 2: Standard mail in order form. Open the Adobe pdf form here, then print it out , fill in all information, and mail along with payment. (your personal information will never be sold)

Option 3: For Churches and schools-mail in order form. A special rate with a minimum order of just 100 booklets. To receive this special pricing, you must use this Churches and Schools order form only, and payment made using a church or school check. Open the Adobe pdf form here, then print it out , fill in all information, and mail along with payment. (your personal information will never be sold)

The following “Donate” button can be used for both, donations and for overseas shipping charges when applicable.

1 – 4 booklets @ $2.50 each
5 – 50 booklets @ $1.50 each
51 – 200 booklets @ $1.00 each
201 – 500 booklets @ $0.85 each
501 – 999 booklets @ $0.75 each
